We recently wrote to AV regarding changes to the MICA Selection and Feedback Program. We raised our concerns about the use of psychometric testing in this program. You can read our letter HERE.
We have since heard back from AV. They have unfortunately not provided clarification around the components of the Overall Outcome Score (OOS) or whether the same process will be used for other positions. However, we received greater clarity around how psychometric scores will be used and how candidates are deemed suitable for the MICA recruitment process. We are very happy to see that finally the results from the psychometric testing will be pooled with other assessment outcomes rather than being used as an in/out criteria.
