Term 2 of the AVEA2024 commenced on October 21. New increases will be payable from the First Full Pay Period after this date. This includes:
- An extra 4% per year on the base rate;
- The introduction of years 10, 11, and 12 for progression,
- ACO Availability Allowance;
- Second stage MICA wage uplift;
- Second stage FMO wage uplift; and
- Other benefits.
These improvements were won by members participating in industrial action and exercising their power in their workplace.
