The most significant issue raised during the VEOHRC review into Ambulance Victoria has been bullying. The experience of many when seeking resolution of bullying issues at AV has been that they ignore them in the hope that they magically disappear. It is “too little, too late” and doesn’t assist matters when issues are left to fester before any intervention is taken by HR or by management.
To ensure that bullying, harassment and discrimination is dealt with appropriately by Ambulance Victoria, and to allow parties appropriate avenues for investigation and resolution, the AEAV is proposing a clause for the Ambulance Victoria Management and Administrative Enterprise Agreement.
