This is an initial log of claims. Unions (AEAV/UWU, AMPA & VAU) reserve the right to add, vary or amend claims throughout the course of bargaining. Negotiations prior to nominal expiry date will be in good faith, with a view to conclude negotiations prior to the nominal expiry date. The length of the Enterprise Agreement is proposed to be four years, as is standard within the Victorian public sector.
