AV recommenced the recruitment process for TM/PCSC/STM on the 31st of January 2022.
The union raised issues with AV regarding the suitability of the clinical exam and AV has since replaced the exam with a Clinical Leadership Portfolio.
The acting COO has indicated that Portfolios will be assessed blind, using the Gibbs Reflective Cycle model.
