Fleet Logistics at Ambulance Victoria

Today is Day Four of Ambulance Victoria Support Staff taking protected industrial action!

For years, Support Staff at AV have worked without a proper progression model that allows them to move fairly through a value range. Combined with a measly 2% annual increase over the last four years, wages have stagnated, and for many staff, they’ve gone backwards.
Under the current Victorian Government Wages Policy, respectful wage growth for AV Support Staff is simply not possible.
That’s why Support Staff are calling on the Victorian Government to properly fund Ambulance Victoria and invest in the people who keep the service running behind the scenes.
Without Support Staff, AV cannot function. Yet many are taking on more work than ever as roles go unfilled and backfilling is not occurring. This is unsustainable, and it isn’t respectful.
✊☺️ Can you show solidarity by signing the Support Staff petition to the Health Minister and AV CEO Jordan Emery? ✊☺️

Without Fleet Logistics, AV Stops!
