Last week, members received a copy of the UWU Draft Log of Claims for AVMA Enterprise Bargaining. This document outlines the improvements members wish to see at AV through bargaining. *The draft LOC was sent to you in an email titled “Urgent: Review & Vote on the UWU Log of Claims!”
We asked members to:
✅ Review the draft Log of Claims
✅ Endorse the document
✅ Rank your top bargaining priorities
Members also had the opportunity to add feedback or suggest additional claims directly through the voting survey.
